1. Spend time with your pet or with animals. It is proven that animals are therapeutic and help decrease your anxiety.
2, Listen to music that you find calming, regardless of what genre it is. Don't listen to music that makes you feel down, but instead uplifts you.
3. Make a list of the things you need to get done. once this is done, make a clear plan as to when you will get them done. Its important to keep them realistic and practical otherwise you will feel worse if you haven't achieved them.
4. Doing charity work can help ease your anxiety as it makes you feel good about yourself which reduces your nerves.
5. Talking to somebody, whether a friend or the neighbour does wonders for your anxiety as most of the time you usually keep your fears and concerns to yourself. A problem shared is a problem halved.
